Sindhura Mango Box (shipping to Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry Only)

Its curtains up for the mango season on our side  of the ditch, our first act, amongst the earliest of mangos is the sindhoora known for its colour and flavour, a sweetheart of the south. This year the sindhoora trees have enjoyed the rains and early onslaught of heat and have responded with a  bounty of fruit. Most preferred to eat with your hands without any  cutting, the key is to gently squish and massage the fruit for 5 mins until you feel the pulp turning into juice and then the first bite introduces your taste buds to the flavour of summer.

There's an option of 5kg and a 10kg box.

States we're shipping to - Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Puducherry due to high perishability at the moment. 

We pack the mangoes slightly raw so they are slightly firm. This is so they don't get spoilt during delivery. If they reach you slightly raw, just keep them in room temperature, in a brown paper bag or in a bag of rice to fasten ripening. 

Delivery timeline - Harvest will happen in the first week of june and sent out immediately.

Note on how we grow our mangoes - We don't treat our soil with any chemicals. The trees are taken care of through out the year without any artificial additives. Pests are maintained through organic derivatives through foliar sprays.

We strictly use only farm yard manure as a soil applicant and a couple of times over the span of 15 years introduced good healthy bacteria and micronutrients into the soil.

Our pest management includes farm practices and bio pesticides which do not interfere with the biological cycle aiding in a healthy produce.
